How can I change my email, home address or password?
Changing your details could not be easier, log into your kiddy zone account. When clicking on My Account or Shipping addresses you will be given the option to update your account details and then press Save.
Why is my order/item missing?

Why is my order incomplete?
Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery. What do I do if my item is damaged?
Here at Kiddy Zone, our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible.
What does my status mean?
Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
Shipped means your order has now left the Kiddy Zone Warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch.
Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
Canceled means your order has been canceled either by you or us.
Out of stock items.
Had your heart set on a specific item and it’s out of stock? Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it at a later date when the item is back in stock. You may also select to be contacted when the item comes back in to stock.
How do I track my order?

How much do you charge for within Qatar Shipping?
We aim to deliver to all Qatar’s addresses within 1-3 working days.
Shipping rates are determined by weight. Please review the shipping fees towards the end of the checkout process. Any Item which cost more than QAR 200 will be eligible to avail free delivery.

How do I opt out of marketing emails?
Don’t go! You’ll miss out on all our great Kiddy Zone offers. If you really have to go you may contact our Customer Service Team on +974 6653 5414 or email@example.com who will delete you from the mailing list.
If you want to check and see what lovely items you’ve bought in the past all you have to do is Sign In to your Kiddy Zone account. Once signed in you will be able to see your purchase history by clicking on My Orders.
How quickly can I return an item?
Our returns procedure is simple and easy if the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
You can request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of QAR 30 per KG will be applied. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on item returns.
What if I receive an item with a manufacturing defect?
We are very sorry if you have received an item and there seems to be something wrong with it. Our Kiddy Zone team work very hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality for you. Please contact our friendly Customer Service team and they will be happy to help you solve the issue with your item.
What items are not eligible for a return?
Products we can’t process for return are listed below:
- CDs/ DVDs
- Clothing/footwear items without the original packaging and tags
- Personalized items
- Products with an extended delivery time
- Items on sale
- Electronic items where the original seal is broken
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging (For example, it came in a sealed box or plastic packaging and this was removed, broken or torn)
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
- Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
- Further exceptions are mentioned along with the product description.

Once purchased, the gift certificate will be sent automatically as an email to the recipient or if you want, you can get the gift certificate sent to your email and can then forward it to the recipient. How do I use my Gift Certificate?
Using your Gift Certificate couldn’t be easier. You should have received a Gift Certificate code which you enter in the correct field on the Shopping Cart page. The Gift Certificate amount will automatically be deducted from your total bill.
